The St. Dominic Crusaders put together a well-rounded and disciplined 2025 campaign, defined by balance across the field and consistent performances on both sides of the ball. With multiple attacking options, strong organization defensively, and reliable play in goal, St. Dominic proved to be a tough out throughout the season.

Rather than relying on a single standout, the Crusaders’ success came from collective effort — a theme that carried them through league play and into the postseason.

Season Rundown

St. Dominic navigated the regular season with composure, handling a competitive schedule by controlling tempo and capitalizing on key moments. The Crusaders frequently found themselves in close matches, where execution and structure made the difference.

As the season progressed, St. Dominic’s ability to generate offense from multiple positions became a defining trait. Their depth allowed them to remain competitive late into the year, and their defensive discipline kept them in matches even against high-scoring opponents.

Team Leaders & Statistical Standouts

Offensive Production by Committee

St. Dominic’s attack was one of the more balanced in the area, with numerous players contributing goals and assists.

  • Brendan McCrory led the Crusaders in scoring with 8 goals and 4 assists for 20 points, providing a consistent finishing presence up top.

  • Bradlee Greco finished with 6 goals and 6 assists (18 points), excelling as both a scorer and creator in the final third.

  • Carson Kilcullin matched Greco with 18 points, recording 4 goals and a team-high 10 assists, serving as a key playmaker.

  • Gavin Willie added 7 goals and 4 assists (18 points), giving St. Dominic another reliable attacking option.

  • Killian Rittenhouse contributed 7 goals and 3 assists, including a team-best 3 game-winning goals, consistently stepping up in decisive moments.

This offensive balance made St. Dominic difficult to defend, as opponents couldn’t focus on shutting down a single threat.

Secondary Contributors & Depth

Beyond the leading scorers, several players delivered key contributions throughout the season:

  • Corbin Biehl posted 5 goals and 2 assists, including a game-winner.

  • Tucker Mechlin recorded 4 goals and 2 assists, contributing 2 game-winning goals.

  • Chase Meyer, Chance Stephens, and Ben Warner each added timely goals, helping maintain pressure across the lineup.

St. Dominic’s depth allowed them to rotate players without losing effectiveness, particularly in congested stretches of the schedule.

Between the Posts: Steady Goalkeeping

The Crusaders benefited from strong goalkeeping throughout the season.

  • Connor White carried the bulk of the minutes, logging 1,708 minutes with a 16-6-1 record, 12 shutouts, 93 saves, and an impressive 0.84 goals-against average. His consistency and shot-stopping ability anchored St. Dominic’s defensive structure.

  • Luke Pashia also contributed in goal, appearing in 385 minutes and recording 3 shutouts, providing reliable depth between the posts.

A Season Defined by Togetherness

St. Dominic’s 2025 season wasn’t built on headlines — it was built on balance, discipline, and collective effort. With production spread across the roster and dependable goalkeeping behind them, the Crusaders established themselves as a well-coached and resilient team.

As the program looks ahead, the foundation laid this season offers optimism, with experience gained and a system that rewards teamwork and accountability.
